Vinegar Face Mask Recipe for Glowing Skin

Baking Soda and Vinegar Face Mask for Blackheads

Baking soda can strip natural oil from your skin. If you’ve dry skin I recommend limiting its use.

Take 2 tbsp of baking soda in a bowl and add required amount (few drops) of apple cider vinegar to it. Mix it thoroughly. Using your clean fingers, apply the facial mask over prewashed skin. Leave it for about 15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water, pat dry and apply any natural moisturizer.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for Acne

To reap all nutritional benefits of vinegar beauty experts suggest taking organic or unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. Mix it with equal amounts of distilled water. Using cotton ball apply it over prewashed face. Don’t squeeze pimples, wash it with warm water or expose it to steam before apply this face mask.

Repeat this process twice a day.

Get Rid of Itchy Skin

Dehydration is the main cause of dry itchy patches. You need to hydrate from the inside and outside to moisturize your skin. A quick remedy however is to topically apply natural cream over skin. Mix 1 cup of apple cider vinegar to bath tub. Soak in the tub for about 15 minutes. You can use small amounts of vinegar as face wash.
