Alternate nights before going to bed I apply coconut oil over dry scalp, hands and on feet. In my childhood days I had eye lid sticking problem, the night my mom advised me to use coconut oil over eye lid and surprisingly in the morning my eyes were normal.

I personally, apply coconut oil on scalp and on dry handy every alternate day before going to bed. You can consider this simple method. However, there are different ways you can use it as a face mask for skin whitening.
To hydrate feet, pour few drops of coconut oil in a tub of lukewarm water, soak your feet for 15 minutes, twice or thrice in a week.
In case you’ve dry scaly patches, try coconut oil scrub to cleanse dead cells accumulated. Take 30g of brown sugar, 100g of softened coconut oil and 1-2 drops of essential oil. Mix thoroughly and apply over hands and feet. Rinse it off after 15 minutes.
