  1. I had a flareup around midnight and I ran out of cortosteriod. Luckily I have turmeric and almond hair oil. I was so itching. I rubbed my hands with turmeric and soaked it in warm water. After 3 minutes i pat dry not completely dry. While damp, i put almond oil. It instantly relieved my flare.
